After rebuilding her own health during a long battle with chronic fatigue, Jessica utilized what she learned about the power of plants and a healthy lifestyle with two dear friends struggling with cancer. Feeling a deep responsibility to protect those at their most vulnerable, she worked carefully with their individual needs and preferences to find the best quality and most delicious nutrients available. By the time they both reached a full remission, she realized it had become a passion. Going on to help others individually, then with a naturopathic oncology center, and with referrals from doctors, she realized the tremendous need for convenient, organic, fresh, powerful nourishment critical for patients and their recovery. This compelled her to create Pure Sol Food to provide for her clients' bodies the necessary components to give them the chance to heal.
